BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
- To confirm your booking, a deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the booking confirmation.
- If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the booking will be considered cancelled.
- The deposit may be 30% or 50% of the total cost of the stay, depending on the selected rate.
- The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and credit card. Any outstanding balance and additional services must be paid before departure.
- PREPAID RATE: The prepaid rate requires full payment of the stay in advance and is 100% non-refundable. In case of cancellation, no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued.
- NO-SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of no-show or early departure, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged.
- TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax is not included in the room rate. The tourist tax is €1 per person per day. Children under 14 years old are exempt.
By confirming the booking, guests accept our payment and cancellation conditions.
PETS
Pets are welcome at Casale Calabria.
Guests travelling with pets must follow these rules:
- The presence of pets must be communicated at the time of booking.
- Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas.
- Owners must have everything necessary for the care and well-being of their pets.
- Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, armchairs, chairs, tables or other furniture.
- Pets cannot be left alone in rooms or accommodation during the day.
- Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
